We arrived in Ouray late yesterday afternoon, checked into our hotel and took a walk around downtown. Ouray sits at 7,707' and has a fulltime population of 800. We were blessed with beautiful skies with temperatures.

The original intent of staying here was to see if we wanted to return and spend some serious time exploring the area. We took the Million Dollar Highway this morning into Silverton and after returning to Ouray we've decided that we'll be returning to the area just as soon as we have the time.
